Refund policy

Change of mind refunds for live plant orders are not possible. Refunds can be processed for orders that are damaged or did not arrive (excluding orders that failed to deliver due to biosecurity restrictions). For all other products (excluding live plants) refunds for change of mind will be processed with customer covering shipping costs.
